KAIST CEE Urban Design Lab(Led by Prof. Young Kim) Seminar “Living & Lifestyle Innovator, Proptech HOMES Company" will be held at W1-2, 2nd Floor Lecture Hall at KAIST at 4 pm on September 20, 2020. Dr. Taihyun Lee will explain the business contents of HOMES Company and the direction of technology accumluation. HOMES Company was the first to launch a co-living service in Korea to respond to the needs of single-person households.
Dr. Taihyun Lee is CEO of HOMES Company. He received a PhD majoring urban and regional planning at Kyushu University and graduated from Yonsei University with his BSc in Urban Engineering. He participated in various real estate development projects at LH and Samsung. He found Trinity Holdings and HOMES Company.

이태현 박사는 홈즈컴퍼니의 대표입니다. 연세대학교 도시공학과를 졸업하고 큐슈대학교에서 도시 및 지역계획 전공으로 박사 학위를 받았습니다. LH와 삼성에서 다양한 부동산 개발 프로젝트에 참여했습니다. 트리니티 홀딩스와 홈즈 컴퍼니를 설립했습니다.
