Two Ph.D. candidates of the AI x Mobility Lab (advisor: Prof. Hwasoo Yeo, KAIST Smart City Research Center) received Best Paper Presentation Awards at the 91st Annual Conference of the Korean Society of Transportation (KST), held in Gangneung on September 26–27, 2024: Hyunsoo Kim for "Priority-Based Hierarchical Traffic Signal Optimization Using Deep Reinforcement Learning," and Hyejin Lee for "Cycle-to-Cycle Queue Length Forecasting at Signalized Intersections using Sparse Trajectory Data." Congratulations!
